Estate planning clients

Basic estate planning including living trusts (both A, B, Marital and disclaimer trusts for married couples), special needs trusts, pour over wills, durable powers of attorney, advance health care directives and all documents to transfer title, including grant deeds and preliminary change of ownership reports. Advance planning using ILITs, CRTs etc.

Business formations including LLCs, corporations and partnerships.

Trust administration: after the death of the first spouse, create and fund the bypass, survivors and marital trusts. After the death of the second spouse, assist the successor trustee and send out notices to beneficiaries, help gather assets, prepare asset schedules, prepare accountings, estate tax return Form 706 and distribute assets.
