SCOPE OF EXPERIENCE

Carl has been an attorney since 1976. He attended law school under a Marine Corps program. While in the Marines his legal assignments included prosecutor, defense counsel, administrative law attorney and legal assistance lawyer. In the latter assignment he assisted clients in the areas of estate planning, family law, and consumer contracts.

After Carl retired from the Marines he started a public relations and environmental consulting firm where he uses his legal and public affairs background to assist both public agencies and private sector clients.

In his law firm, created in 1995, Carl sees clients requiring assistance in estate planning, asset protection, probate, real estate, zoning, land-use planning, family law, elder law, contract law, business law, aviation law and family law. He also has served as special counsel to public agencies.
